Two calls a month. Somewhere to bring decisions, problems, and progress. One concrete deliverable every month so something always moves forward. And someone available between calls when you need a second opinion.
After three months you should be able to look back and see clearly what changed. That's the standard I hold myself to.

About
I've spent years inside organisations, figuring out how businesses really run and why they sometimes don't.
I've worked across HR, operations, and programme delivery, from small startups to global companies like Costa Coffee, HSBC, Specsavers, and Sainsbury's. My approach has always been the same: step into the messy stuff, understand what's actually happening, and put the right structure in place so things work.
I've built the processes businesses rely on. I've written SOPs, set up onboarding, trained teams, and supported people across countries and functions. But more importantly, I understand how all the pieces fit together: how work flows, where things break, what creates bottlenecks, and what needs to be in place for a business to run without everything going through one person.
I've also run my own business, so I know what it feels like when everything lives in your head, decisions pile up, and you're the one holding it all together.
That's why I do this work with small business owners: not to overcomplicate things, but to make them clear and help build a business that actually functions, not just survives.
